IT Support Engineer

Salary: AED 4,000 – 5,000 per month – Visa
Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site)

Responsibilities:
Monitor network connectivity and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches
Assist with user account management (creation, password resets, access requests)
Support system maintenance, updates, and security checks
Maintain accurate records of IT assets and equipment
Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers
