We are seeking a talented and experienced IT Operations Engineer to join our team in Dubai. If you have a strong background in Application Support and are skilled in troubleshooting business application services on Windows and Linux platforms,

Key Responsibilities:

Provide operating system troubleshooting for both Linux and Windows environments.
Perform application-level troubleshooting (L2, L3).
Monitor and troubleshoot application incidents, ensuring minimal downtime.
Utilize NOC experience to maintain service reliability.
Incident management and resolution.

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
Proficient in troubleshooting Linux and Windows operating systems.
Strong application support skills with experience in L2 and L3 troubleshooting.
ITIL, AWS, and Windows certifications are highly desirable.
Excellent incident management skills.
Ability to monitor services and troubleshoot application incidents with a basic understanding of operating system databases and applications.
