– Provide first level IT support to staff for hardware, software, CCTV and network issues.
– Install and troubleshoot printers, scanners, laptops, access points and other network devices.
– Support and maintain operating systems (Windows/ Mac OS), servers, firewalls, Microsoft 365 and Google workplace.
– Provide support for ERP systems, POS systems and backup solutions
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields.
– Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT support.
– IT certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, etc.) will be an advantage.
