Job Position – IT Assistant

Immediate Joiner
-Information Technology (IT) Assistants – work within Information Solutions (IS) teams and provide general IT client support and training to staff at all levels
-Minimum Education: BCS or BSC in (Training or in computer systems and software)
-Minimum Years of Relevant Experience: 2/3 Years in client support.
-Ability to provide basic assistance to end users.
-Ability to determine and evaluate possible solutions to operating errors (hardware and software).
-Has basic understanding of the processes involved with installing and maintaining hardware and software.
-Familiarity with industry standards, controls and best practices on IT services management and information security.
