Job Position – HR Generalist

To join team in Dubai Industrial City, UAE. If you have 4+ years of HR experience in the UAE and are passionate about managing HR operations for a large workforce,

Location: Dubai Industrial City, Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:
-Manage recruitment & onboarding for new employees
-Handle employee relations & grievance resolution
-Oversee payroll, benefits, & HR administration for 700+ employees
-Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws & company policies
-Support performance management & training programs
-Manage RTA permits & licensing for staff

-Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
-4+ years of UAE experience in an HR role
-Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws & HR best practices
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
