Requirements:
– M.Com
– B.Ed / M.Ed (Commerce / Business Studies specialization preferred)
(Regular degrees only – distance/open university qualifications not accepted)
– Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Commerce HOD/Coordinator in a CBSE school
– Strong subject expertise in Accountancy, Business Studies, and Economics
– Proven leadership and team management skills
– Excellent command of English
– Must be currently available in the UAE

Role & Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage the Commerce Department
– Mentor and support teachers to enhance teaching quality and student outcomes
– Ensure alignment with CBSE curriculum and UAE educational standards
– Drive continuous academic improvement and innovation within the department
