Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage ICU nursing staff to ensure high-quality care
-Oversee daily ICU operations, patient safety, and compliance
-Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
-Drive quality improvement and staff development initiatives
-Maintain adherence to hospital and international nursing standards

Ideal Candidate:
-Registered Nurse with valid DHA license or eligibility
-Strong background in ICU nursing (minimum 06 years)
– Proven leadership or supervisory experience
-Excellent clinical, organizational, and communication skills
