Job Position -Head Nurse

Location – Saudi German Hospital, Dubai

Saudi German Hospital Dubai, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Nurse – ICU to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role offers an opportunity to lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering exceptional critical care.

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage the ICU nursing team, ensuring high standards of patient care.
– Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in line with best practices.
– Collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient outcomes.
– Oversee staff training, performance evaluations, and professional development.
– Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:
– Minimum of 7 years of nursing experience.
– At least 5 years in a leadership role such as Head Nurse or Unit Manager within ICU/CCU or related specialties.
– Valid DHA/MOH License or eligibility.
– Proven expertise in critical care nursing and team management.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
