Job Position – General Accountant

Key Responsibilities
Maintain proper books of accounts in accordance with IFRS and UAE regulations
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external consultants
Ensure accurate documentation and internal controls for all financial transactions
Support management with financial reports and financial analysis as required

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience in the UAE
Strong knowledge of IFRS and UAE VAT regulations
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Prior experience in an accounting firm or a multi-entity environment is an advantage
Must be available to join immediately
