Job Position – Facilities Engineer

Job Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Civils, your role involves overseeing and scheduling all resources, materials, and activities to ensure effective service delivery based on SLA and KPI. You’ll need to have an understanding of design techniques and hands-on experience in developing models and charts. Proficiency in using computer-aided software (CAD) for planning, designing, and creating building or infrastructure arrangements is essential. Additionally, technical knowledge in quantity surveying, project billing, estimation, and CAPEX and OPEX budget management is a key aspect of this role.

Education: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (candidates with SOE card preferred)

Experience: 5-8 years of experience in a similar field, with at least 5 years of experience in the UAE, preferably in FM companies.

Skills Required:

– Thorough civil works knowledge
– Basic MEP works knowledge
– Effective utilisation of all plant utilities and energy conservation
– Control over spare parts, repair and maintenance cost
– Understanding of CAFM system

– Good communication skills
– Advanced numeracy and computer literacy skills
– Strong organization and planning skills
