1) Civil Engineer
-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
-Minimum 5 years of UAE experience
-Experience in villas and building projects
-Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and specifications
-Excellent site management and reporting skills
-Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
-Must be currently available in the UAE

2) Construction Foreman
-Minimum 5 years of experience as a Foreman in the UAE
-Experience in villas and building projects
-Strong knowledge of construction works and site supervision
-Ability to manage workers and subcontractors
-Good communication and coordination skills
-Must be currently available in the UAE
