– 3–5 years’ experience as English HOD in KHDA-approved schools
– B.Ed. qualification (mandatory)
– Proven leadership in curriculum planning, academic delivery & team management
– Strong expertise in lesson observations, teacher mentoring & performance review
– Excellent communication, assessment & student achievement strategies
– Availability for afternoon shift
– Immediate joiners preferred
