Concordia DMCC Integrated Facility Management is excited to announce jobs for skilled workers for the following roles including:

• FM Engineer
• MEP Supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Candidates with minimum of 5 years of experience in FM Operations.
• Appropriate FM certificates or qualifications.
• Candidates with experience in managing facilities management services within a residential/commercial tower.
• Candidates with experience working under owners association management will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building maintenance.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Holding a valid UAE driving license.
• Candidates must be on a visit or cancelled visa are preferred.
