Concordia DMCC Integrated Facility Management is excited to announce jobs for skilled workers for the following roles including:

• MEP Technician
• Junior MEP Supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Appropriate FM Certificates or Qualifications (ITI/Diploma).
• Candidates with minimum of 5 years of experience in Facilities Management Operation.
• Candidates with experience in FM services within residential or commercial towers.
• Candidates with experience working with Owners Association Management will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building maintenance.
• Having good communication and teamwork skills.
• Candidates on visit visa or cancelled visa are highly preferred.
