• MEP Technician
• Electrician
• HVAC Technician

Job Requirements:

• Appropriate FM certificates or qualifications (ITI/Diploma).
• Candidates with minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in FM operations.
• Experience in FM services within residential/commercial towers.
• Having strong knowledge of MEP systems and building maintenance.
• Having good communication & teamwork skills.
• Candidates on visit visa or cancelled visa will be given preference.
• Immediate joiners only.
