HR for Employee Assistant ProgramMedcare Hospital (EAP).
-Master/Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work (MSW), Counselling, or a related field with good experience.
-With blend of experience in mental health expertise, counselling experience, and bit of HR background.
-Should have certification in Psychometric assessments like MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator), EQ-i 2.0 / EQ 360 Certification, Hogan Assessments Certification.
-Conduct mental wellbeing Assessment and provide confidential counselling to employees on personal, emotional, or work-related issues.
-Offer support for stress, anxiety, burnout, grief, substance abuse, and other mental health concerns.
-Deliver crisis intervention during traumatic events to second victims (e.g., patient death, critical incidents).
-Conduct wellness programs and training on topics like resilience, stress management, and mindfulness.
-Promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma around seeking help.
-Advise managers and HR on handling sensitive or complex employee concerns.
-Assist with return-to-work planning after medical or mental health leave.
-Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation between employees or teams.
-Monitor employee needs and provide anonymized reports to leadership (while maintaining confidentiality).
-Encourage a healthy work-life balance, especially for clinical and frontline staff.
-Support the hospital’s overall goal of enhancing employee well-being, morale, and retention.
