Al Bonian FM is conducting walk in interview to fill the required positions mentioned below:
- CAFM Admin
- QHSE Document Controller
Job Requirements For CAFM Admin:
- Candidates with 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a Facility Management Company within the UAE.
- Having strong knowledge of CAFM / Maximo.
- Must be capable of preparing quotations and timesheets.
- Having good administrative and computer skills.
- Responsible for client follow-up to ensure timely communication and project progression.
- Smart, presentable, and professional demeanor.
Job Requirements For QHSE Document Controller:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in HSE.
- Candidates with proven experience in a similar role within FM industry in the UAE.
- Having strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Thorough knowledge of QHSE procedures and ISO standards.
- NEBOSH certification preferred.
- Maintain & Manage all QHSE documentation and records.
- Support the QHSE team in audits, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure accurate filing, tracking, and updating of controlled documents.
Walk in Interview Schedule Details:
Interview Date: Wednesday, 11th June 2025
Interview Time For CAFM Admin: 02:00 PM to 04:00 PM
Interview Time For QHSE Document Controller: 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM
