Al Bonian FM is conducting walk in interview to fill the required positions mentioned below:

  • CAFM Admin
  • QHSE Document Controller

Job Requirements For CAFM Admin:

  • Candidates with 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a Facility Management Company within the UAE.
  • Having strong knowledge of CAFM / Maximo.
  • Must be capable of preparing quotations and timesheets.
  • Having good administrative and computer skills.
  • Responsible for client follow-up to ensure timely communication and project progression.
  • Smart, presentable, and professional demeanor.

Job Requirements For QHSE Document Controller:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in HSE.
  • Candidates with proven experience in a similar role within FM industry in the UAE.
  • Having strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Thorough knowledge of QHSE procedures and ISO standards.
  • NEBOSH certification preferred.
  • Maintain & Manage all QHSE documentation and records.
  • Support the QHSE team in audits, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate filing, tracking, and updating of controlled documents.

Walk in Interview Schedule Details:

Interview Date: Wednesday, 11th June 2025
Interview Time For CAFM Admin: 02:00 PM to 04:00 PM
Interview Time For QHSE Document Controller: 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM
