Al Bonian FM is conducting walk in interview to fill the required positions mentioned below:

1. Senior AC Technicians
2. Senior Plumbers
3. Senior Electricians
4. VRF AC Technicians

Job Requirements:

• Candidates with ITI/Diploma is applicable.
• Candidates with 5+ years of experience in FM Operations in UAE.
• Having strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Having good communication and teamwork skills.
• Immediate joiners ONLY.

5. Civil Foreman/Supervisor

Key Duties:

• Supervise daily site operations.
• Handle carpentry, aluminium/glass, interlock, painting & masonry works.
• Ensure quality, safety & timely completion.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors & clients.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates with Technical diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Candidates with minimum of 5 years of UAE experience in civil maintenance.
• FM/Real Estate background preferred.
• Having strong leadership & multitasking skills.
• Candidates must hold a valid UAE driving license.

6. Civil Engineer

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must hold a Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Candidates with 5 years of experience in complete Civil Works within a Facility Management company in the UAE.
• Good verbal & written communication skills in English
• Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
