Location: Dubai (On-site / Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-time / Contract
Hiring an experienced to join our growing technology team. If you’re passionate about workflow automation, AI agents, and building intelligent solutions that transform business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Design, build, and maintain n8n workflows for real estate operations, lead management, property alerts, and automated follow-ups.
-Develop and optimize OpenClaw + LangChain (or LangGraph) AI agents with RAG-based capabilities.
-Integrate AI workflows with Salesforce for lead scoring, deal pipelines, and API synchronization.
-Monitor, troubleshoot, and scale production automation workflows.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and document technical processes.
Requirements:
-Strong hands-on experience with n8n (self-hosted experience preferred).
-Practical experience with LangChain or LangGraph for AI agents and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
-Experience with OpenClaw or similar autonomous AI agent frameworks.
-Knowledge of API integrations and workflow automation best practices.
-Experience in the real estate industry is a strong advantage.
