Hiring for a candidate with previous accounting experience in the UAE real estate industry and a strong understanding of financial processes related to real estate transactions.

Key Requirements:

Proven accounting experience within a UAE real estate company
Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax
Experience with broker commissions, invoicing, payments, and transaction-related accounting
Understanding of real estate financial documentation and reconciliations
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Good command of English
