Job Position – Accountant

Location: Dubai, UAE

Hiring for an experienced to join our Finance team, reporting directly to the Chief Accountant.

Key Responsibilities
-Full accounting cycle & financial reporting
-Project accounting, WIP & Cost-to-Complete (CTC) reporting
-Project costing & profitability analysis
-IFRS 15 revenue recognition & client billing
-Cash flow management & treasury reporting
-VAT & UAE Corporate Tax compliance
-Payroll accounting & reconciliations
-Subcontractor & supplier accounting
-Budgeting, reporting & audit support
-Supervise junior accountants

Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
-8–10 years of accounting experience
-Minimum 5 years’ UAE contracting/construction industry experience
-Strong knowledge of IFRS, IFRS 15, UAE VAT & Corporate Tax
-Hands-on experience in project costing, WIP, CTC & percentage-of-completion accounting
-Advanced Excel and ERP/Accounting systems experience
-Professional qualification (ACCA/CMA/CPA) is an advantage
