Job Position – Accountant

Company Name – Ajmal Perfumes

Location – Dubai (UAE)

Experience: 2 to 6 years of Experience as an accountant including payroll handling (working experience in any ERP or SAP are an added advantage)

Edu Qualification – Graduation/ CA intern

Roles & Responsibilities –
– Execute the complete payroll cycle for employees, ensuring accuracy in calculations deductions, and payments.
– Prepare and maintain accurate payroll records, reports, and audits for internal and external purposes. Calculation of end of service & release their final settlement.
– Service bill invoices to the inter-companies
– Posting of Bank Entries for Remittance Received from customer & payment made to vendors.
– Monthly Bank Reconciliation.
– Preparing Monthly Cash Flow Statement
