Account Manager

Location: UAE — UAE-based candidates only
Entity: DCS Ramco

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop customer relationships within the Data Center & ICT sectors.
Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
Sell Data Center infrastructure, UPS, batteries, electrical power, ICT & ELV solutions.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable technical/commercial solutions.
Prepare proposals and manage opportunities from identification to closure.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
Support sales targets and business growth.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications, or related field.
3+ years of relevant sales/account management experience.
Experience with Data Center solutions/infrastructure.
Knowledge of UPS, batteries, electrical power, ICT & ELV.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
UAE market experience preferred.
Fluent in Arabic & English.
Valid UAE driving license.
