Job Requirements:

• Candidates with minimum of 2 years of experience in a commercial bakery or food service environment is preferred.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes precisely to ensure consistency in taste and texture.
• Proficiency in operating industrial ovens, proofers, mixers, dough sheeters, and slicers.
• Ability to track stock levels, monitor expiry dates, and minimize waste through “First In, First Out” (FIFO) rotation.
