Job Position – Project Engineer

The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, extensive technical knowledge, and the ability to independently assess building conditions, manage maintenance operations, and recommend effective technical solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
– Strong knowledge of building maintenance, MEP systems, civil works, and general building operations.
– Ability to conduct building inspections and identify structural, technical, and maintenance issues.
– Knowledge of construction works, building materials, technical specifications, and project execution.
– Experience in reviewing contractors’ quotations, preparing cost estimates, and evaluating BOQs.
– Background in budgeting, cost control, and maintenance expense monitoring.
– Ability to supervise contractors, technicians, and maintenance teams.
– Good understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
– Experience in preparing technical reports, inspection reports, and maintenance schedules.
– Strong negotiation, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
– Knowledge of UAE building regulations, safety standards, and relevant authority requirements.

Preferred Profile
– Arabic-speaking candidate.
– Previous UAE experience in building maintenance, property management, or facilities management.
– Hands-on, technically competent, and capable of independently evaluating building conditions and recommending appropriate solutions.
