Key Responsibilities:
– Design, deploy, configure, and maintain F5 BIG-IP solutions across enterprise environments.
– Manage end-to-end project delivery, including implementation, migration, upgrades, testing, and documentation.
– Provide L2/L3 technical support, incident troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
– Configure and manage the following F5 technologies:
F5 LTM: Load balancing, virtual servers, pools, nodes, health monitors, and SSL/TLS profiles.
F5 AWAF: Web application security policies, attack mitigation, and policy tuning.
F5 DNS (GTM): DNS load balancing, GSLB, Wide IPs, and DNS troubleshooting.
F5 AFM: Firewall policies, access control, and traffic filtering.
F5 APM: Remote access VPN, authentication, access policies, and identity integration.
– Perform software upgrades, configuration backups and restores, HA setup, and disaster recovery.
– Troubleshoot complex network and application delivery issues involving TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS, DNS, routing, and switching.
– Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and service continuity.
– Collaborate with network, security, infrastructure, and application teams.
– Prepare implementation plans, change requests, technical documentation, and operational procedures.
– Participate in planned maintenance, incident management, and on-call support as required.
