Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any specialization; Education or a related field is preferred
Previous school leadership experience is required
Good knowledge of ADEK compliance requirements and Irtiqaa standards
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience in student management, staff coordination, and parent communication
Bilingual in Arabic and English
Ability to work effectively as part of a school leadership team
