Job Position – Key Accounts Manager – Admixtures

JOB PURPOSE: ?
The position involves marketing and selling our admixture products to ready-mix concrete producers, contractors, infrastructure developers, and consultants.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
– Identify and manage new admixture business opportunities.
– Build and sustain effective relationships with ready-mix plants, contractors, builders, consultants, and infrastructure clients.
– Deliver technical presentations, facilitate product trials, and conduct demonstrations to effectively highlight performance advantages.
– Meet or surpass Sales targets
– Monitor competitors, prices, and trends to shape sales strategies.
– Verify enquiries and specifications for pricing strategies Repeat business with more margins.
– Coordinate daily supply with customers and dispatch.
– Update monthly sales proceedings with analysis.
– Co-ordinate with credit analyst for payments.
– Ensure timely payments and collect the overdue
– Provide necessary documents to higher authorities as needed.
– Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education / Professional Experience
– Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry / Civil Engineering / Business Administration or relevant field; Sales & Marketing will be an added factor.
– English language proficiency is a must (Hindi & Arabic language will be an advantage)

Job Specific Competencies /Operational Knowledge:
– Comprehensive knowledge of admixture products and performance.
– Experienced with local and international admixtures standards
– Understands internal & external customer requirements.
– Familiar with local regulations.
– Proficient in computer skills – Word/Excel/PowerPoint and SAP.
