To support enterprise IT portfolio governance and enable transparency, compliance, and informed decision-making across IT investments.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT portfolio governance, lifecycle management, portfolio financial tracking, CapEx/OpEx, and budget utilization, with ServiceNow SPM/PPM knowledge being an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
-Ensure stage-gate compliance across Initiate, P1, P2, and P3 stages and track 4-assurance approvals
-Maintain accurate portfolio records within ServiceNow SPM and monitor lifecycle progression
-Track portfolio financials, including CapEx/OpEx, budget utilization, and variance analysis
-Support executive dashboards and reporting for portfolio reviews, CIC/investment forums, and monthly governance
-Follow up with Project Managers and IT teams on missing artefacts, approvals, and data gaps
-Maintain governance documentation and support audit traceability and compliance

Key Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field
– 3–5 years of experience in PMO, portfolio coordination, or project governance
– Strong understanding of IT portfolio governance frameworks and lifecycle management
– Strong financial awareness, including CapEx/OpEx and budget utilization
– Experience with ServiceNow SPM is preferred
– Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
– Strong analytical, data interpretation, and stakeholder coordination skills

Nice to Have:
-Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) knowledge
-Professional finance certification such as CPA, CFA, CIMA, or MBA
-Experience supporting investment or CapEx tracking processes
-Familiarity with benefits realization tracking
