1) Head of Assessment
Key Requirements:
– Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Education or a relevant field
– Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience
– Strong expertise in **assessment planning, coordination, and data analysis
– CBSE school experience preferred**
– Strong knowledge of assessment policies and academic standards
– Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Experience with CAT4, ASSET, NGRT, TIMSS, PIRLS, and CBSE assessments will be an added advantage.

2) Head of Kindergarten
Qualifications & Experience
– Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a relevant field
– B.Ed. is preferred
– Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Kindergarten/Early Years education
– Previous leadership or coordination experience in a school setting
– CBSE school experience is preferred
– Strong knowledge of Early Years curriculum, assessment, and child development
– Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
– Strong ability to lead, mentor, and support teaching staff

Key Responsibilities
– Lead and manage the Kindergarten department
– Oversee curriculum planning, assessment, and teaching standards
– Mentor and support Kindergarten teachers
– Monitor student progress and learning outcomes
– Promote a safe, inclusive, and child-centred learning environment
– Coordinate effectively with parents, teachers, and school leadership

3) Administrative Manager
Key Responsibilities
– Manage and supervise daily administrative activities.
– Coordinate with management, staff, parents, vendors, and external stakeholders.
– Supervise administrative staff and ensure effective workflow.
– Maintain administrative records, documents, and reports.
– Manage office supplies, facilities, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
– Coordinate meetings, schedules, correspondence, and official communications.
– Support HR and management with administrative processes.
– Monitor administrative expenses, purchases, and service contracts.
– Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
– Resolve administrative issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
– Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in administration or a managerial role.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems.

4) Health & Safety Officer
Key Responsibilities
– Implement and monitor school Health & Safety policies and procedures.
– Conduct regular safety inspections across classrooms, laboratories, playgrounds, offices, cafeterias, and other school facilities.
– Identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are completed.
– Monitor fire safety systems, emergency exits, evacuation routes, and emergency procedures.
– Conduct and coordinate fire drills and emergency preparedness exercises.
– Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, risk assessments, and incident reports.
– Investigate accidents, injuries, and near-miss incidents and recommend preventive measures.
– Ensure staff and students follow appropriate health and safety procedures.
– Coordinate with maintenance, security, transport, cleaning, and other departments on safety matters.
– Monitor contractor and vendor compliance with school safety requirements.
– Conduct safety awareness sessions and staff training.
– Ensure proper availability and use of first-aid facilities and PPE where required.
– Support the school management in maintaining compliance with UAE regulations and relevant educational authority requirements.

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Health & Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
– Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Health & Safety Officer in a school or educational institution.
– NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certification is preferred.
– Strong knowledge of school safety, risk assessment, fire safety, emergency procedures, and incident management.
– Excellent communication and organizational skills.
– Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, staff, parents, contractors, and management.
– Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and HSE documentation.
– UAE experience and knowledge of local health and safety requirements will be an advantage.

5) Art Teacher
Qualifications & Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Fine Arts, or a related field is mandatory
– Minimum 2–3 years of relevant teaching experience
– CBSE school experience is preferred
– Strong knowledge of art techniques, creative activities, and classroom instruction
– Excellent communication and classroom management skills
– Ability to inspire creativity and develop students’ artistic skills
– Professional attitude with a strong commitment to student development

6) CCTV Operator
Key Requirements
– Proven experience as a CCTV Operator
– Previous experience in a school or educational environment is highly preferred
– Valid CCTV Operator Licence is mandatory
– Relevant CCTV certificates/licences must be valid
– Strong knowledge of CCTV monitoring, surveillance systems, DVR/NVR, and IP cameras
– Excellent observation and attention-to-detail skills
– Ability to identify, document, and report incidents accurately
– Professional communication and coordination skills
– Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding security footage and sensitive information
– Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience
– Candidate must hold a valid UAE residence visa. Candidates on visit visas will not be considered.

7) Head of Department – Arabic
Candidate Requirement: Arabic Nationality / Native Arabic Speaker
Teaching Requirement: Experience teaching Non-Arabic Speakers

Candidate Profile
– Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Arabic, Education, or a related field
– Arabic Nationality / Native Arabic Speaker
– Proven experience as an Arabic HOD, Academic Coordinator, or Senior Arabic Teacher
– Strong understanding of the CBSE curriculum
– Experience teaching Arabic to Non-Arabic-speaking students
– Minimum 3–5 years of relevant teaching and academic leadership experience
– Strong knowledge of curriculum planning, assessment, lesson observation, and academic monitoring
– Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
– Ability to lead, mentor, and support Arabic teaching staff
– UAE school experience will be an advantage
