NOC Engineer

To support IT infrastructure monitoring and operations during the evening shift.

Key Responsibilities
-Monitor servers, networks, applications, and IT infrastructure
-Respond to alerts and perform initial troubleshooting
-Escalate critical or unresolved incidents
-Maintain accurate incident and monitoring records
-Support server/system patching and post-patch validation
-Perform routine system health and availability checks
-Ensure proper shift handovers and follow NOC procedures

Requirements:
-5+ years of experience as a NOC Engineer or Network/Systems Administrator
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
-Strong knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, MS Exchange, networking, firewalls, virtualization, antivirus/antispam, and database management
-Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, Azure, MCP, or Commvault are an advantage

Shift: Evening Shift — note that this is an evening-shift position.
