• Female Beach Lifeguard Assistant Manager
• Female Beach Supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Candidates with proven lifeguarding experience (typically 2-3 seasons or equivalent rescue/lead hours).
• Ability to manage multiple incidents effectively under pressure.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Candidates with a valid driving license (preferred or required for transportation-related duties).
• Strong swimming and rescue capabilities.
• Ability to maintain situational awareness across multiple stations.
• Ability to lift/move equipment and coordinate emergency logistics.
• Preferred immediate joiners.

Preferred Qualification:

• Candidates with experience in incident command or emergency management.
• Administrative and report-writing experience.
• Bilingual communication skills are considered an advantage.
