Job Position – Sr. Structural Engineer

Company Name – Citic Middle East Contracting

Lead and manage all structural engineering activities from design stage to project completion.
Review and approve structural calculations, design drawings, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations, international codes, project specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, architects, project managers, and site execution teams.
Provide technical guidance and immediate solutions for structural and construction-related issues.
Monitor structural works execution to ensure quality, safety, and project progress requirements are achieved.
Conduct structural inspections, risk assessments, and engineering evaluations.
Review method statements, material submittals, and technical documentation.
Support planning, estimation, and value engineering activities.
Ensure timely delivery of engineering outputs and project milestones.

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 15+ years of proven experience in structural engineering within UAE/GCC.
Strong experience in high-rise, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects
Extensive knowledge of structural design standards, construction practices, and authority approvals in UAE.
Proficient in ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, SAP2000, AutoCAD, and related structural software.
Strong understanding of RCC and steel structural systems.
Excellent technical review, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
