Injaaz Facilities Management is looking talented, motivated and skilled candidates to join our growing team for the following roles including:
1. HVAC Technician (1 vacancy)
2. Assistant Technician (2 vacancies)
- Trade school diploma or completed apprenticeship.
- Candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience in UAE.
- Good working knowledge of water supply, heating, and ventilation systems.
- Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating.
- Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
- Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
- Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
- Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
- Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
3. Multi Technician (Electrician Plumber)
- Candidates with relevant degree, certification, or license may be required.
- Candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience in UAE.
- Good listening and communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and patience.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge in electrical, mechanical and in plumbing.
- Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to multitask and liaise with professionals in different fields.
- Ability to explain problems simply and clearly.
- Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
4. MEP Helper
5. Plumber
- Trade school diploma or completed apprenticeship.
- Candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience in UAE.
- Good working knowledge of water supply, heating, and ventilation systems.
- Proficiency in using plumbing tools.
- Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
- Good listening and communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and patience.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
