Job Position – Purchase Officer / Sr. Purchase Executive

The ideal candidate will support sourcing activities, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of materials to meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily purchasing activities (local & international suppliers)
Prepare and process purchase orders and related documentation
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
Maintain accurate purchase records and documentation
Assist in vendor negotiations and cost analysis
Monitor inventory levels and ensure cost-effective procurement.

Requirements
5–10 years of experience in procurement (preferably in façade aluminium industry)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Good knowledge of procurement processes and documentation
Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
UAE experience preferred.
