Job Position – General Accountant

Operon Middle East is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented General Accountant to join our growing Finance team.

Key Responsibilities
– Post day-to-day accounting entries and manage basic bookkeeping activities
– Support monthly closing tasks, including accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations
– Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet account reviews
– Review expense bookings to ensure accurate account allocation
– Maintain documentation in line with audit and compliance requirements
– Assist in preparing financial reports and schedules

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance
– 0–2 years of experience; UAE fresh graduates are welcome to apply
– Sound understanding of accounting principles
– Advanced Excel skills are an advantage
– Strong attention to detail with a willingness to learn
– Ability to work to timelines and meet deadlines
– Good communication and coordination skills
