Qualifications for Internal Candidates
· Proven experience as a General Technician or similar role.
· Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
· Ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of equipment.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Excellent problem-solving abilities.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
· Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
· Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
