1) Senior Level Accountant (CA Qualified)
– Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience
– Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting & auditing
– Experience in the construction/interior fit-out industry is preferred

2) Site Foreman – 2 Positions
– Proven experience in wooden interiors & joinery
– Ability to supervise site activities and manage workforce efficiently
– Hands-on knowledge of project execution and quality control

3) Site Engineer (With UAE Driving License) – 2 Positions
– Expertise in wooden interior fit-outs and joinery
– Degree/Diploma in Civil or Interior Engineering
– Ability to coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams

4) Architect (with Dubai Municipality Approval)
– Experience in interior design and architectural drawings
– Must hold valid DM Approval
– Creative flair with technical proficiency in AutoCAD & 3D software

5) HR Officer (With UAE Driving License) (Arabic Speaking)
– Fluency in Arabic & English is a must
– Experience in recruitment, payroll, and HR policies
– Experience in DM & DCD procedures
– Strong communication and organizational skills
